Hi, I’m Jen!

I became a mum for the first time in 2022 and then again in 2023. I have two beautiful girls, Sienna and Scarlett.

it wasn't until I became a parent myself that I truly understood the profound impact of sleep on both children and their families. Like many new parents, I faced the overwhelming challenge of sleepless nights, desperately searching for solutions to help my baby, and myself get the rest we needed.

Through extensive research, trial and error, and eventually seeking the guidance of a professional sleep consultant, I witnessed a transformation in our household. My baby began to sleep better, and so did I. The improvements in our sleep quality positively influenced every aspect of our lives, from health to happiness.

This life-changing experience ignited a passion within me to support other parents navigating the same struggles. I pursued formal training and certification with The Sleep Consultant Academy, as a baby and child sleep consultant, equipping myself with the knowledge and tools to help families establish healthy sleep habits.

Now, I dedicate my career to empowering parents with effective, evidence-based sleep strategies tailored to their unique needs. I believe that every child has the potential to sleep well and that with the right guidance, families can enjoy the benefits of restful nights and happier days.

I understand the exhaustion, frustration, and worry that come with sleep-deprived parenting. My mission is to offer compassionate support and practical solutions, making the journey to better sleep a manageable and rewarding process for both children and their caregivers.
