As a mum of two, I know just how exhausting and overwhelming sleep struggles can be. When I had my first baby, I spent countless nights Googling for answers—desperately searching for the magic trick to stop night wakings and early starts.

But I quickly realised there was no one-size-fits-all solution. No magic fix would instantly get my baby sleeping through the night. The real breakthrough came when I took an expert approach to understanding my baby’s sleep—and that’s what finally got us the rest we desperately needed.

That experience inspired me to help other parents like you.

Through Siesta Sleep Consultancy, I provide gentle, evidence-based solutions tailored to your family’s unique needs. Whether it’s night wakings, short naps, bedtime battles or something else, I’ll work with you to create a simple, personalised plan to fix your little one’s sleep struggles and get them sleeping longer stretches at night - without using Cry-It-Out.

This life-changing experience ignited a passion within me to support other parents navigating the same struggles. I pursued formal training and certification with The Sleep Consultant Academy, as a baby and child sleep consultant, equipping myself with the knowledge and tools to help families establish healthy sleep habits.

Now, I dedicate my career to empowering parents with effective, evidence-based sleep strategies tailored to their unique needs. I believe that every child has the potential to sleep well and that with the right guidance, families can enjoy the benefits of restful nights and happier days.
