About Me

Hi, I'm Jen. OCN certified infant sleep consultant, mum of two under two, and someone who gets it on a deeper level. I have ADHD, and I know that without structure, everything unravels. Building consistent sleep routines changed everything, for my babies and for me.

Now I help mums with ADHD, or whose brains work similarly, create that same foundation for their babies and toddlers, and for themselves.

If you have ever felt like the version of yourself you worked hard to build has quietly disappeared since having children, I understand that more than most. The coping strategies that got you through everything before children, the routines, the structure, the ways you kept yourself regulated, they can stop working overnight when a baby arrives. And nobody warns you about that part.

My story is the reason I created Siesta, and I would love to help your child get the rest they need in a way that works for you and get you on your journey to feeling like yourself again.
