About Me

Hi, I’m Jen, founder of Siesta Sleep Consultancy, OCN certified sleep consultant, and mum to two little girls.

I know exactly how it feels to be running on empty, desperate for your baby to sleep better but unsure what to try next.

When I became a mum, I was navigating life with ADHD and very little support around me. I quickly realised that without some kind of structure, everything felt overwhelming. The days blurred, the nights were exhausting, and I had no space to reset.

Sleep changed that for me.

Not because everything became perfect, but because it gave our days a sense of rhythm. It created small pockets of calm where I could breathe, think clearly, and feel more like myself again.

That’s what I help other parents create.
